The aim of this service is to provide customers with the opportunity to purchase a domain that has already been registered. The entire process is completely anonymous for both, the buyer and the current domain owner. The domain purchase is handled exclusively by our parent company 's team.
By purchasing this service, you are paying for professional representation and consulting, not for the domain itself. The domain price and brokerage fee are billed separately, only if an successful agreement is reached with the domain owner.

By purchasing this service, you receive:
- a professional assessment of the market value of the domain in question, with consideration of the sales of comparable domains on the market
- searching for and contacting the domain owner with an offer to purchase the domain, within a pre-approved budget
- full representation throughout the entire process → we will handle all negotiations with the domain owner (you will communicate only with us)
- active support and assistance until the domain is successfully transferred to your ownership and your customer account
By purchasing this service, you DO NOT receive:
- the domain itself → the cost of the domain is not included in the price of this service (if an agreement is reached with the domain owner, you will be issued a separate pro forma invoice covering the agreed domain price plus an 18% brokerage fee)
- guarantee of a successful outcome → there may be situations where, despite the best efforts of our specialists, the domain owner is unwilling to sell the domain or their asking price exceeds your budget → the BROKERAGE service fee is non-refundable!

The procedure after your payment is received:
1. Our specialists will contact you to clarify all the details and expectations.
2. We will analyze the market value of the sought domain and propose an optimal budget for negotiations with the domain owner
3. We will discuss the budget we have proposed with you and, if necessary, adjust it according to your requirements, budget, and preferences.
4. We will contact the owner of the domain in question with the aim of acquiring it for you at the best possible price within the agreed budget.
5. If an agreement is reached, we will provide you with full assistance with transferring the domain to your customer administration.
